A god who accepts money for everything. Who lacks integrity as much as the Nigerian who believes in him/her.

A god whom theiving politicians rush to with 10% and all is forgiven. who supports cheating as a means of success when it favours his/her children. 

A god called upon to prosper the murderers trade. A god who puts the poor at the back always and the rich at the front.

A god whom needs to be thanked in the course of an employee robbing his employer blind. A god praised when the employer withholds wages and buys State of the Art cars. 
The god of the Nigerian
A god whom the kinsmen of a Minister praises for their son’s great fortune for his position although he’s in charge of roads and they waded through mud and ditches on their way to celebrate him.

A god that is praised when children die like flies in a fumigated house at hospitals under a related minister’s watch.

The god that is worshipped supposedly at work hours when we’ve been paid for work thereby robbing an employer and killing a business.

So long as there’s god in reasons for killings, stealings, cheatings, daylight bribery by uniformed personnel who make returns to the ones we write in protest . So long as god is told. It becomes alright.

This god. The god of The Nigerian. Does is stump anyone as much as it has managed to stump me?

The god for whom all things are acceptable as long as his name precedes it.

The god of 10%. The god of erecting religious monuments and statues while everything else falls apart . The god that thrives in homes on filthy streets. 

The god of The Nigerian. A truly baffling god.
