Shoprite Owerri now open for business.

  
Shoprite,the ultra modern shopping centre along Egbu Road, Owerri was formally commissioned and unveiled for business by His Excellency, Owelle ( Dr ) Rochas Anayo Okorocha (OON), today Thursday, March 17th 2016.
   
   

The ceremony heralded the presence of wife of Imo State Governor, Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha, Secretary to Imo State Government, Sir Jude Ejiogu, Chief of Staff Government House, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, and other top Imo State Government Officials.
     

 
The Boards and managements of Shoprite Group, members of both Imo State and National Assembly were on hand for the commissioning.
   
 
The shopping mall, facilitated by Nze Herbert Chikwe, an Imo Son, approved by the state government was established as part of the laudable achievements of the state for the engagement of the teeming Imo youths into meaningful businesses for wealth creation, and described as a world class project by the Governor.
