⚖BREAKING : AGBASO VS. OYE.

The attempt by the former national chairman of APGA , Ozo Victor Oye to overturn his sack and subsequent expulsion from the party today suffered a major shipwreck at the Enugu High Court presided over by Hon.

Justice A.R Ozoemena with the case reassigned to another court following a petition sent to the NJC by the the leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance , APGA alleging the likelihood of bias by the judge and undue influence brought to bear on him by the Oye camp.

Further to this development,
APGA lodged an appeal at the Court of Appeal Enugu Division over two bizarre rulings by Justice Ozoemena on 9/6/17 in a matter which the court has become functus officio all in Oye’s desperate efforts to compromise and obtain favourable judgment through the back door.
