Here is the MNN Map referred to in the post-Nigeria formations post, emanated from the 2011 MNN LAGOS DECLARATION at which the LNC together with its MNN Alliance Partners, consisting of Aggregated Self-Determination Initiatives in the West (Blue Bloc) the Middle Belt, (Purple Bloc) and the Lower Niger (Brown Bloc), jointly repudiated the fraudulent 1999 as the Basis of Nigeria, and Mandated each of the Alliance Partners to hep work out appropriate, equitable Constitutional Arrangements for their respective Blocs, and validating same by Referendum (and Plebiscites where applicable).

The LNC, pursuant to, and in furtherance of these Mandates, Convened the Solemn Assembly of the Peoples of the Lower Niger in Port Harcourt, 2015 and is currently processing the Charter of Relationships for the Constituent Components of the Lower Niger to define the Territory’s Constitutional Arrangements ahead of the UN-Backed Self-Determination Referendum it currently pursues.

The Yoruba Solemn Assembly which took place in the Adamasingba Stadium in Ibadan, September 7, 2017 at which the Yoruba Repudiated the fraudulent 1999 Constitution as the basis of Nigeria was basically a validation of the June 24, 2017 Yoruba National Assembly Proclamation, flowing directly from the aforesaid 2011 MNN LAGOS DECLARATION.

The Middle Belt, though constrained by its large diversity of Ethnic Composition, has also advanced its work towards distilling its Constitutional Arrangements. The MNN Alliance is confident that the outlines of the Middle Belt position and processes which began to emerge in the public domain in October 2017 will soon crystalize in the form already attained by the two Blocs of Southern Nigeria.
