PDP HAS STARTED AGAIN: PDP IS GIVING GOVERNORSHIP TICKET TO AN UNPOPULAR CANDIDATE – IHEDIOHA, GIVING APC THE CHANCE TO ANOTHER FOUR YEARS IN IMO STATE.

For Twelve years, PDP has not been able to win governorship election in Imo State, and this has been because of interference from certain quarters.

Ihedioha as the Former deputy speaker who worked behind with Tambuwal (APC) against Goodluck Jonthan was given the ticket in 2014 and he wasted it even with all the paraphernalia of office.

With all the federal might as No 6 man in Nigeria, he could only win 4 LGAs out of 27. Imo people have continued to reject his arrogance and repulsive personality, even within the Mbaise Nation.

PDP is about to lose its favour and popularity in Imo as So many people in the wards are saying they can’t work with Ihedioha, they are all planning to decamp or work against PDP, if PDP does not cancel that massively rigged primary and declare Senator Anyanwu as winner.

HOW THE IMO GUBER PRIMARY WAS RIGGED FOR IHEDIOHA.

Wadata gave Ihedioha the adhoc delegates list two weeks before the election, he was calling them for meetings, writing them and giving them money. We raised alarm because they refused to release and publish the list. The Adhoc delegates list was only released and confirmed by the panel that came to conduct the election, this list of 915 delegates was only given to Senator Anyanwu three hours to the primaries.

This came as a shock as Sen Anyanwu had never met nor called any of the 915 before.

The panel from the national connived with Ihedioha’s supporters to give hired students and thugs identity tags, while the real delegates and supporters of Sen SamDaddy were locked out and denied identity tags.

When a local Government is called, they allow the students to troop in blocking the real people behind. Then the person counting will count 5 people as 3 people. The panel was giving multiple ballot papers to Pro Ihedioha people.

During counting, it was like robot votes for Ihedioha. Meanwhile the real votes for him should not exceed 500

Getting into the arena, the committee member from Abuja gives them 3-5 ballot papers – some have already been marked for Ihedioha.

After voting, while announcing the result, the chairman refused to mention the number of accredited voters. When the chairman was asked, he paid deaf ears and just declared Ihedioha winner with all the over voting. No result sheet was sighted, and it was not signed by the agents representing the other aspirants.

Attached is the letter Ihedioha sent to the adhoc delegates, you can see the date on it. We raised alarm, wrote a petition to the NWC which was also published in National dailies. And that was the same time Ihedioha was boasting and telling anybody that cared to listen how he made Secondus the Chairman of PDP.

The number of accredited voters is supposed to be below total delegates in Imo because some are dead, some have decamped, some didn’t come like Arthur Nzeribe, etc

The panel tactically avoided using party card or PVC for identification.

Imo people are angry with this development and feel very disappointed with PDP as it is certain that Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha cannot win Imo Governorship election. Ihedioha is not a popular candidate and will make APC retain IMO state.

THE PRIMARIES RESULT FIGURES:

Ihedioha – 1723

Sen Sam – 1282

Sen Athan – 63

Prof Njoku – 21

Barr Ekomaru – 7

Ezeji – 1

Void votes – 46

Total votes – 3143

Total number of delegates in Imo – 3089

Earlier at the accreditation venue, 3057 were accredited. Then many of the legitimate accredited delegates were locked out when moved to the venue of the voting exercise.

This imposition of an unpopular candidate will cause PDP Imo state if the needful is not done immediately.
