We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.

It’s not as easy as you think. It’s important to know how and when to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!

FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

If you eat fruits on empty stomach, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.

The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.

In the meantime the whole meal of bread and fruit rots and ferments and turns to acid.

The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals!

Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when i eat durian my stomach bloats up, when i eat a banana i feel like running to the toilet, etc.. etc..

Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.

When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans, packs or bottles.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.

It will slow down the digestion.

It will line the intestine.

It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

  3. There is a lot of miss information spread in this article and if you do happen to be reading this, then please understand that anyone on the interent can make a website and spread information that inlines with their way of thinking.

    You can eat fruit when ever you want as it will all be digested normal, and if it does effect you you are most probably have a senstive stomach, its high in fibre whichwill explain the burping and farting or you are allergic / have a specific intolerance to the fruit. With everything you should eat in moderation and consult a medical health profession if you are very worried – and not the doctor of your friend, a doctor that has aquired your specific medical information and has gotten there diognosis from a well eduated school, case studys and research, as well as a well regarded qualification, that they are registed under. This is because anyone can train to be their own nutritionst but youhave to go through proper school and understanding of fundemental biology and chemistry to being a registed dietitian.

    Things such as going on a 3 day detox can actually be damaging for your metabolism and you should always seek a medicial health profession, especially a register dietitan in person to get information about your body and for your body.

    It is impossible for cold water to give you cancer – this is because as soon as the water is in your diegestive system it will be heated by by your bodies natural heat – if cold water had the power to change our bodies intenal temperature, most people would be dead as having your body internal body temeperature below 34 degree celsius will damage the enzymes in your body, which are need to do chemical reaction to keep your body working. Without enzymes working properly you will die.
    To regard the ‘sludge’ comment I can debunk that now as the food in you ingest only starts reacting with anything until it hits the stomach. The hychrochloric acid helps to break down food bu the enzymes in the stomach will break down fats into lipids which will he asborbed by the small intestine and anyother water moisture wiil be absorbed by the large intensine before it is stored in the rectum to be excreted (pooped out)

    Fat also doesn’t turn into cancer because it one of the 3 macro nutrience that is need to keep you a live – you need fat in your diet to live. Also Cancer is the uncontrollable rapid division of cell, when are are not supposed to be dividing. Cancer is caused by changes to DNA. Fat, in a very general statement, doesn’t change you DNA. If everything you ate changed your DNA you would be a different person every time you ate a meal!

    Drinking cold water while you have a cold or flu, or if you have any chronic condition that results in slower digestion,which isn’t ideal but will not harm you. If you are normal there is not evidence to back up that cold water will have any dratic effects on you.

    Also would like to note there is no sources linked or any scientificall research in the form of case studies or statistics, meaning there is not actually evidence to prove all the information being provided is true.

    To conclude, you can eat fruit any time of the day and in moderation, the same with cold water – this will not effect you. But if you want fast digestion and absorbption you should drink room temeperature to warm water and eat fruit on an empty stomach.

    I would pleaded to this person who id giving this information to fact check all of the things that are in this article as I did with very simple google search, and there are many things in that are wrong in this article that can be quickly de-bunked with senior highschool level of education in chemistry and Biology.

    The best thing you can do for your health is a combination of having a good diet and keep your weight health, exercise, good sleep, good mental health, practice productive habits and stay in a postitive mindset; There are not tricks to getting good health, just everything in moderation.

  5. Thank you for your article. I found it interesting. Could you tell me whether eating a banana last thing at night is a good idea. I find it helps reduce cramps in the night. But I am obviously not eating it on an empty stomach.
